New Book Launch: Imagining Surrealist Revolution by Ron Sakolsky, a Benefit for The Black Mountain Howl Newspaper, Sept.26, Abraxas Books @ 12:30pm.
We recently published an event notice for the Sept.26 (12:30pm) launch of Ron Sakolsky’s new book, “Imagining Surrealist Revolution”, at Abraxas Books, but the event has now expanded to being a benefit for The Black Mountain Howl, a print publication that includes contributions from some current and former Denman Island residents.
The Black Mountain Howl is a distinctly radical and creative print media endeavour, featuring art and poetry and polemics from a rabble rousing newsprint collective, covering and sharing issues related to forest protection, food security, decolonization, and DYI practices, and where contributions do not get lost in the madness of the internet. blackmountainhowl@riseup.net
