The Earth spins at 1000 miles an hour.
We don’t even feel it at all.
How fast would we have to be spinning
to fathom the spin that we’re in?
Some people can take all that spinning around,
their feet never touch the ground.
It’s like watching circus acrobats;
performing dizzying acts.
Try following the bouncing ball…
Most can’t take it at all
and would prefer a long sleep
and wake up when it stops
but they can’t sleep a wink
with all that non-stop spinning.
It’s a strange kind of spinning,
not one spin or two.
It’s many spins spinning – off comes the shoe!
Can anything even be true?
The whole thing feels kind of spinkening.
